Cover Supervisor Main Responsibilities:

• Manage behaviour in the classroom and ensure a positive learning environment
• Supervise the completion of work set by the subject leader
• Have a strong commitment to safeguarding and health and safety of students in the classroom.
• Work collaboratively with other members of staff to foster an inclusive environment where all students feel safe and confident.

The ideal candidate

• Previous experience working in a school setting or with children in and educational capacity
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Well organised with good attention to detail
• Ability to keep calm under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
