We have an amazing opportunity for residential support workers to join our caring and support team at Pear Tree House in Swindon, our specialist service for children and young people with a diagnosed Learning Disability and may also have complex behavioural needs. We offer intensive levels of support and care to help the young people we care for develop social and life skills.
We encourage our young people to attend school or college during their stay with us, wherever possible, and to join us on fun day trips out to theme parks, the seaside or wherever their interests lie!
You will have an opportunity to learn whilst you work with Active Care Group. After probation, you will be working towards the Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Residential Child Care.
