Studio Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen at our Taunton studio for a Studio Assistant. This is a Saturday-only position, working 9:00am–2:00pm, three Saturdays per month. Applicants must therefore be available and able to commit to regular Saturday working. There may also be the opportunity to work additional shifts to provide cover for staff absence and holidays, subject to availability and the needs of the studio.
As a Studio Assistant, you will support the day-to-day running of the studio by delivering excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and assisting with sales and stock replenishment. You’ll work closely with the Studio Manager and team to ensure the studio is welcoming, safe and operating smoothly at all times.
What we are looking for:
Essential
- Previous customer-facing experience
- English GCSE or equivalent qualification / demonstrable communication skills
- Experience working towards a goal or target, demonstrated through previous roles or education
- Ability to attend mandatory training
- Examples of good time management
- Motivation to succeed and take on new challenges
Desirable
- Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment
- Experience or interest in the health and beauty industry
- Experience cleaning and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
