- Oversee two services, providing person-centred care to vulnerable adults with complex needs, while leading and guiding the support team.
- Ideal candidates will possess experience in social care, alongside strong leadership and communication skills, with compassion for service users.
- This full-time role in Gloucester offers 45 hours per week, with shifts between 7am and 10pm, at a competitive pay rate of £13.80.
