Your Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Support Worker to oversee 2 of our services, you will be supporting people with diagnosis such as Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, Autism, challenging behaviors and drug & alcohol dependency.

This role combines hands-on care with leadership responsibilities, supporting the consistent delivery of high-quality, person-centered care across the service. You will help create safe, structured, and empowering environments while contributing to the development and confidence of the wider staff team.

Key Responsibilities

You will lead shifts, guide Support Workers, and oversee daily care to ensure it follows individual support plans. Manage challenging behaviors, contribute to care planning and risk assessments, promote independence, maintain accurate records, work with families and professionals, and travel between services as required.
