The Nelson Trust has been working successfully for over 38 years with vulnerable people who have multiple and complex needs including addiction, trauma and offending.

We provide residential rehabilitation addiction treatment to men and women. We also support women in the community who are experiencing multiple disadvantages and complex needs.
