If you’re ready to build on your leadership experience and take on greater responsibility,this is a fantastic next step. As Assistant Manager,you’ll work closely with the General Manager to drive standards,develop the team and deliver strong commercial performance.

You’ll be a visible presence on the floor,supporting service while helping to shape the culture and direction of the restaurant.

Your day-to-day:

• Supporting overall restaurant operations
• Ensuring consistently high levels of customer service
• Monitoring costs and working towards budget targets
• Coaching and developing team members
• Supporting recruitment,training and performance management

What you’ll need:

• Experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Commercial awareness
• A hands-on and proactive approach
