You’ll set expectations,manage workloads and maintain consistency across all accommodation areas.

Your day-to-day:

• Leading and motivating the housekeeping team
• Maintaining 5* cleanliness and presentation standards
• Managing rotas and stock levels
• Ensuring rooms are prepared efficiently and on time
• Supporting recruitment and training of team members

What you’ll need:

• Strong housekeeping experience
• Supervisory or leadership experience
• Excellent organisational skills
• A proactive,hands-on approach
