At Sirona care & health, we're passionate about delivering compassionate, person-centred care to children, young people and families across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Senior Administrator to join our specialist Lifetime Service, supporting children and young people with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions.

This is more than an administration role. It's an opportunity to be at the heart of a service that changes lives every day.

As our Senior Administrator, you will lead a dedicated administration team that plays a vital role in ensuring our nursing, psychology and continuing care services run smoothly and effectively.

Working closely with our Lifetime Leadership Team, you'll help shape and improve the way our service operates, supporting colleagues to deliver outstanding care whilst ensuring families receive the responsive, efficient support they deserve.

You'll enjoy a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. From coordinating staffing rotas and supporting recruitment, to improving administrative systems and leading your team, you'll have the chance to make a meaningful impact every day.

In this key leadership role, you will:
Lead, supervise and support a skilled Administration Team.
Oversee Continuing Care staffing rotas, ensuring safe and effective service provision.
Manage staff records, annual leave, sickness and training information using electronic rostering systems.
Coordinate diaries, clinics, meetings and service schedules across multiple teams.
Support recruitment processes, onboarding and induction planning for new team members.
Manage the ordering and coordination of equipment and resources required to support children and families.
Produce reports, maintain accurate records and contribute to audits and service improvement projects.
Develop and improve administrative systems and processes to maximise efficiency.
Build positive relationships with families, carers, clinicians and partner organisations.
Promote a positive team culture, supporting wellbeing, development and performance.

We are Sirona care & health – England’s largest provider of Adult’s and Children’s Community Services and we’d love for you to join us in Bristol, North Somerset or South Gloucestershire.

Agenda for Change Salary, full NHS benefits, 27+ days’ annual leave, and participation in the NHS Pension Scheme – just a glimpse of the benefits you’ll receive.
