As Chef de Partie,you’ll take ownership of your section and play a key role in delivering consistency and quality every service. You’ll combine technical skill with organisation and teamwork,ensuring dishes leave the kitchen exactly as they should.
This is a role where pride in your craft and reliability truly matter.
Your day-to-day:
- Running your section confidently during service
- Delivering dishes to company specification
- Supporting and guiding junior team members
- Maintaining hygiene and safety standards
- Assisting with stock management

- Experience in a similar kitchen role
