
Perinatal Mental Health Keyworker (Female Only)
The Nelson Trust is a charity dedicated to supporting people whose lives have been affected by addiction, trauma, abuse and multiple disadvantages. Through our women-centred services, we empower women to make positive changes and build brighter futures.
We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Perinatal Mental Health Keyworker to join our Wiltshire Outreach team. This rewarding role will provide intensive, trauma-informed support to women experiencing multiple and complex needs during pregnancy and up to two years after birth. Working closely with statutory and voluntary sector partners, you will help women improve their wellbeing, access services and achieve positive outcomes for themselves and their families.
Salary: £27,000 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week (flexibility required to work outside normal working hours when needed)
Location: Wiltshire Outreach (with travel across Wiltshire and work from satellite locations as required)

Due to the nature of the work carried out in our Women’s Centres this role is restricted to female applicants only in accordance with the provisions of the occupational requirement (Equality Act 2010, pursuant to Schedule 9, Part 1).
