Ideal candidates will have NVQ Level 3 qualifications or equivalent, along with prior experience and a flexible approach.
The role offers flexible hours, covering Monday to Friday 8.30 am – 5.30 pm, on an ad-hoc basis to fit around existing commitments.
Provide critical support by triaging calls and delivering non-clinical advice based on NHS pathways, while ensuring a compassionate approach.
