The purpose of the role to provide safe, effective and young-person-centred counselling and therapeutic support on behalf of OTR.
The postholder may also contribute to the wider therapeutic service through appropriate group work, assessment, consultation, service development, partnership working and other activities that improve the quality and accessibility of support for children and young people.
You will also maintain accurate, timely and professionally appropriate case records on systems authorised by OTR.
